1. Academic Background Requirements

  Undergraduate Major: No specific restrictions; applicants from any major are welcome.

  Institution Background: No preference for graduates from top-ranked universities.

2. Prerequisite Courses (Must be completed before enrollment)

The following courses must be completed with credits during undergraduate studies:

        Biology (with lab) – 8 credits

        General Chemistry (with lab) – 8 credits

        普通化学（含实验）– 8 学分
        Organic Chemistry (with lab) – 8 credits

        有机化学（含实验）– 8 学分
        Physics (with lab) – 8 credits

        物理学（含实验）– 8 学分
        English / Writing – 6 credits

        英语/写作 – 6 学分
        Psychology – 3 credits (strongly recommended by some programs)

        心理学 – 3 学分（部分项目强烈推荐）

3. Academic Performance Requirements
    学术成绩要求

  Undergraduate GPA: Recommended 3.2+ (on a 4.0 scale).
  本科GPA：建议达到 3.2+（4.0 标准）。

  Standardized Tests (Choose one):
  标准化考试（二选一）:

   MCAT: Minimum requirement is around 500. Scores below may be holistically reviewed if other materials (e.g., GPA, experiences, essays) are outstanding.

   MCAT：官方最低录取要求为 500 分。若分数在以下但其他申请材料（如GPA、经历、文书）极为出色，也会被综合考量。

  DAT: Old scoring system ≥18 (approximately 390 in the new system).
  DAT：旧评分系统 ≥18分（约等于新系统 390分）。

     Important Note: If your GPA is below 3.2 but your MCAT/DAT score is exceptionally high, your application will still receive comprehensive evaluation.

  Letters of Recommendation: letters from licensed U.S. physicians are required. It is highly recommended that at least comes from a practicing DPM (podiatrist), as this significantly strengthens your application.
